I have just requested for a refund to be processed for your postage costs, and you will receive an email as soon as this has been completed. The money will be returned to the account you originally paid for the order with, and usually takes 2 - 5 working days to arrive there.
We will send you another message as soon as the damaged steelbook has been received in our warehouse, and this will let you know that your replacement has been despatched.
